Download Updates!

By Marie | Filed in What's New!

A number of you have been experiencing problems getting the Printable Props© to open, so I’ve changed the system up a bit.  Now when you enter your name & email, you will receive immediate access to the download (if it works for you) plus receive it in an email.  Emails generally take 5 – 10 minutes to arrive in your box so please be patient.  If you have a strong spam filter, please set it to allow mail from marie@sweethreads.com  Remember, the email address must be valid or you won’t get the file.  Let me know how it’s working.  Have a great day!

Hi everyone– Hope you’re having a great day!  It’s a lovely 66 degrees here in NY.  Hopefully Spring is finally arriving where you are too!

I’ve been busy doing dolly graphics for a friend & also finishing up my first pattern for Holli Lu.  It’s a set of heirloom undies that will be ready to post tomorrow.  I’ve also been scouring the internet–& my stash– for just the right silks & laces to begin my 1905 bridal ensemble.  And in the midst of all this, I am being distracted by Jamieshow dolls and MIMs who want to be purchased & played with!    In an attempt to refocus, I’ve prepared our March Printable Prop©…

Here’s our Upscale Shopping Bag It works for any size fashion doll or BJD and will even look great with some of your child dolls.  It’s a shop-til-you-drop size bag for your more petite gals or a trendy little boutique bag for your larger dolls.

Just go to the Printable Props© page and submit your name & email for access to the 2 page PDF file which includes the bag graphic & complete instructions for assembly.

I’m trying to figure out how to create a photo album where you can upload pix of your dolls using our props.  As soon as I figure out how to do that, I’ll get you the info.

Have a great Day!

A 1905 Bridal Gown…

By Marie | Filed in Uncategorized

Took a commission this week from Kelly Davis to create a 1905 Bridal Ensemble for Tonner Tyler.  Thought it would make a fun blog project.  The photo at left is my inspiration.  Will post pix of my fabric & lace choices next!
